The harvest
The harvest starts around the 20th of September and continues until the 10th of October: the periods of aging vary from vineyard to vineyard, but this doesn't stop producing balanced wines every year.
The vineyards
In our vineyards in Ischia, the collection of grapes is handmade and, to preserve their integrity, the bunches are transported in small boxes.
The wine
The entire chain of production of Casa D'Ambra's wines, from the growing of the vineyard to the bottling, is closely monitored by the enologist Andrea D'Ambra, the current owner.
